EVTRA Membership

£5 per household per year to help give Elm Village a stronger voice.

The Elm Village Tenants & Residents Association represents everyone who lives here: council tenants, private tenants, fractional leaseholders, leaseholders and freeholders. Whatever your tenure, we share the same streets, the same green spaces, and many of the same concerns.

Why membership matters

Individually, it’s hard to get answers from large organisations. Together, we’re much harder to ignore. Your membership helps us act as a unified voice in our dealings with:

  • Residential Management Group (RMG): the estate’s managing agent, on service charges, repairs and estate management
  • Places for People (PfP): the head leaseholder, on major works, windows and doors, and long-term maintenance
  • Camden Council: on trees, green spaces, planning and local services
  • Other local organisations that affect life in Elm Village

EVTRA is run entirely by volunteers: your neighbours. No one is paid. Your £5 goes towards the practical costs of keeping the association going: communications (this website) and community events like the Big Lunch.
