EVTRA is opening its Freeholder and Leaseholder Working Groups: the route for getting the issues that affect your home properly addressed, collectively, for everybody in Elm Village.

Freeholder Working Group

Freeholders have been organising informally for years over service charges, the reserve fund and estate management. That group is now official and open to all freeholders.

A dedicated group for leaseholder issues — windows and doors, service charges, licences to alter — and holding PfP to its obligations.
